Barfi question(plz help!!!)?

I made a barfi today, and when i was done, i put it in the refridgerator to cool off, it has been in for about 6-7 hrs, and its still sticky!!!

Its not cuttable.....its not hard...

whats the problem???

  1. i think u r quesion may wrong.

    it is not possible if u use refi. and burfi is not become hard.

    i am not agree with you.


  2. The only one reason that I can think of is you didn't follow the recipe instructions carefully. Which means the ingredients were not in the correct proportion. Guess you added too much milk :-)
