Bark Remover?

I have some small trees I would like to make staffs out of, but they have dried and the bark is very hard to get off. I don't want to use the draw knife. Is there an electric bark remover out there? I have heard of them but I'm not sure what they're called or where to get them. Thank you

there probly is a bark remover some place out there but im not sure were.

what I would do is soak the trees in water this should help get the bark off.
