Barnes & Noble summer job?

Can I get a summer job at Barnes & Noble?

I'm seventeen and for my first summer home after college, I'd like to work at my local Barnes & Noble. I live in NY and want to know what the minimum wage is and if they will give me working papers to fill out or if I need to get my own. I'd also like to hear anything on people's experiences working there and any advice for the application/interview process.

I'm a responsible individual and I'm looking for an interesting and respectable source for summer employment.

You and I have the same ideas.  I'm also a 17 year old planning to get a summer at Barnes & Noble but in California where I live.  The reason for that is because I go there at least every 3 weeks to get a couple of new novels.  My dad even got me a membership.  I would love to work there because I would get to be surrounded by literature for many hours.  I even know how to find books without the help of an employee.
