Barnes and Noble????

Question

I recently bought from the barnes and noble online site http://bn.com and my order status states: unable to process order....

then i receive an email stating

"Our automated system has identified a situation that may prevent us from processing your order"

What does that mean? What should I do?

I already contacted them through email..

you have to re-do your order. it couldn't be processed and has a problem, so try doing it over or just go to the store! =)
