Former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 player, John Barnes linked the Reds dismal Premier League campaign to bad luck, but was happy that they had created chances on regular basis throughout the season.
A sequence of poor results in 2012 has seen Kenny Dalglish’s side crash down to the eighth spot in the league table. On Sunday, they lost 1-0 to West Bromwich Albion at Anfield, despite having dominated for majority of the game. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jordan-Henderson-c19102 and Dirk
Kuyt were both denied by the frame of the goal during the match. In total, the Reds have now hit the woodwork, 31 times in all competitions this season.

The Anfield legend told Liverpoolfc.tv: "It's incredible. In every game they have played this season, they have come close. If the goals were maybe six inches bigger, then we'd win the league!”
However, the former winger remained optimistic that their bad fortune will not continue in the coming year, and was pleased to see the Reds create multiple chances in front of goal.
“The pleasing thing is they are still creating chances. The players are good enough, we just need to add a little bit more composure in front of goal to our game. The goals will come.” He added.
Liverpool will square off against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 in the final of the FA Cup on the 5th of May at Wembley, and will play two league games against Norwich City and Fulham before the final. Barnes called upon the Reds to go all-out in their next two games,
in order to build a winning momentum, before their match against the Blues.
He said: “All games are important because you can't turn it on and off. You can't say it doesn't matter and just look forward to the Cup final. In every game you play, you have to give 100 per cent.”
