Barnum & Bailey Circus -- Houston, TX?

I just purchased tickets for the circus, but I can't find any additional information. I know there's some sort of Animal Open House that opens about 1.5 hours before the show. Is it worth going to? Are there any other activities that could be done with a 5 year old at the circus? Thanks!

Yup that is true. You can meet the clowns and stuff before! That is my favorite circus group. A five year old will have a lot of fun there!
