Baroody family crest/coat of arms?

my last name is baroody its lebanese. does anyone k ow if theres a family crest for me or coat of arms, i cant seem to find it. any ideas, or are there any symbols representing the baroody family?

  1. Sadly no. The Middle East wasn't into heraldry. They were too busy repelling the European invaders who were into heraldry and knighthoods. There might be some remnant of a Crusading family in your family line, but they likely didn't have surnames back then and there wouldn't have been a knighthood for a crusader who was captured...that honor went to the ones who returned home safe and sound.


  2. The crest is only part of a coat of arms and coats of arms do not belong to surnames.   If you go into someone's home and you see one of those little walnut plaques on their den wall with a coat of arms and possibly a family history on it, what you are looking at is one that was granted to someone with the same surname and might not even be related.
