Barristers Clerk job, how to find vacancies?

My boyfriend has been a junior barristers clerk working in Temple, London for 5 years and feels he has hit a cieling where he is.

He is really struggling to find a new job in the same industry as his current recruiter is not making any headway.

Can anyone suggest good websites / recruitment angencies / contacts that could point him in the right direction?

Because his job is such a specialist/niche role, the only truly effective way of moving to another similar role would be through networking. Has he tried speaking with his colleagues and other associates regarding his thoughts? It's amazing how helpful other people can be. You never know, one of them may know of the ideal role and could put him forward for it. Other than that, you just have your usual methods - online job boards, recruitment agencies, etc.
