lol the Barry saga is getting as bad as the Ronaldo move.  I like him as a player, he has been great for Villa.  Personally I dont think Liverpool need him, already the midfield is strong so I would think he would just be an expensive luxury

I think the United midfield of Ronaldo, Anderson, Carrick, Scholes, Hargreaves and Giggs are alot better than the Liverpool midfield mentioned in one of the other comments, Oh and i forgot Nani aswell.

In my opinion I don't see why they are making such a fuss for him. And the price tag that Villa have said is just outrageous to be honest. But he does deserve a move to a club like Liverpool and should do very well there, if he ever ends up going.

Mate, once United have got a midfield containing the likes of Steven Gerrard, Javier Mascherano, Xabi Alonso, Damien Plessis, Yossi Benayoun and Lucas Leiva you'll know exactly why most of us don't support the deal.

I've frowned upon the move since day one and I still see it as a complete waste of money.
