Lambert joins Aston Villa after leaving charge of Norwich City, a side he helped into the English Premier League last season. Not only did he ensure Norwich qualified for the top flight football, he also made sure they stayed up and avoided relegation.
The 22-year-old Bannan was certain Lambert would do well at the club, having seen the club recover from their poor season under the short time under his management. He revealed there was a positive feeling at the club after the arrival of Lambert.
Bannan said while speaking to reporters:
“There's a real positive vibe about the club and that's great to feel. I was meeting and greeting fans at the kit launch festival and you could really feel the positivity of everyone associated with Villa.
That comes from having the new manager join. It's echoed by the players too.”
He revealed the supporters, along with the players were certain of an improvement, which had greatly improved the mood at the club. The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Scotland-c756 international felt the feel good factor would go on to play a big role in their performance next season.
With pre-season about to kick off, Bannan revealed the team was in high spirits and expected to do well under the young manager. He was full of praise for Lambert, who he believed had done well despite being relatively younger as compared to the other manager’s

He continued:
“We all can't wait to get back and show the gaffer what we're all about. We are really excited. It's a new start for everyone.
The manager has had a great start to his career and he's still only young. He's done really, really well. Hopefully he can come in and lift this club up and get us where we want to be.”
Bannan began his senior career with Aston Villa in 2008 but since then has been loaned out to various sides like Derby County, Blackpool and Leeds United.
