It is a good product, it depends how you apply it though. Some flecks can flick off below the eyes but the colours are bright and is how it's described exactly.

Barry M porducts are very high pigmented, and are good quality.

I seriously recommend them, their red lipstick is the best and try out the charcoal dazzle dust.

Not sure about the brochure though.
