No..Bonds won't be signing anywhere this year.  I'd be more interested to see if he signs with someone for next season though.

The Yanks got their outfielder yesterday and already have enough egos in the clubhouse, so why add another outfield liability and a giant ego.

not now, after trading for nady...but i hear the pirates need an outfielder now to fill nady's spot and maybe they (the pirates) will sign barry, which would be appropriate--a steroid using player who is the pits playing for the Pitts...

No, Bonds is done with baseball and baseball is done with him and his home run record.  He symbolizes the steroid era in the game and MLB really wants to get past this issue in the game and hopefully a decade from now, steroids in baseball with be something forgotten in most fans minds unless you hear the names Bonds, McGwire or Sosa.

i don't think so since they made that trade with the Pittsburgh Pirates for Xavier Nady and damaso marte, now Johnny Damon has to be the DH

There was big talk yesterday about that but now that the yanks have nady that talk has gotten to a minimum.

Personally, I don't think anyone will sign Barry Bonds. He has already released the fact that no team would sign him even for their minimum amount of money.
