  1. Showcase, under the Pont Alexander III might suit you. http://www.showcase.fr/

Queen at 102, ave des Champs elysee is another http://www.queen.fr/

A classic bar is Polly Magoo on the rue St. Jacques just south of the Seine in the 5th.

Cafe Oz is also quite fun http://www.australian-bar.com/cafeoz---o...

If you're a big Jim Morrison fan then have a drink at Le Mazet at 61, rue Saint-Andre-des-Arts in the 6th. Its where Jim had his last drink in public. (he also drank at Polly Magoo).

  2. The Rue Mouffetard (metro station Place Monge) is FULL of bars. The Student Bar has amazing cocktails and cute waiters for 4E50 at happy hour. Happy hour can range from 9 to 10pm, and all along that road there are cheap cafes for eating, creperies, an ice cream stall and plenty of places to drink. The Fifth Bar has scottish and irish bartenders, and they are very very nice and gave me and my friend free shots and cheap cocktails just cos we got to know them. Everyone who goes there speaks English.

Also, the Caveau de la Huchette is a famous jazz club. Look it up.

Also, we were going to go to a club on a barge on the Seine somewhere, which looked really good.... Look for the bargeclub somewhere....

    Hope that's some help.
