Bars in North Sydney that are cool!?

Hi locals I am 30 something and want to visit cool bars for entrees and or dancing....any suggestions???? and would love to know where to spot celebs as well! Thank YOU!!!!

not much to choose from maybe Nth Sydney Leagues Club but its a bit daggy

I like North Sydney.  It's better than the western suburbs that are a bit, well you know...dodgy.
