Bartending schools in the Dallas area?

I'm looking for a bartending school in the dallas area. Any suggestions and can I expect to get hired if I complete the school but have no experience?

Aims has a lot more connections in the culinary world for job placement, particularly for hotel/restaurant (rather than club/bar).  I would recommend Aims over DBS only for this reason if you will need placement assistance.
