Bas Rutten is in my opinion the greatest MMA fighter that ever lived.  You cannot go wrong with Bas.

I've seen the video and personally I think it is hilarious and really entertaining. Bas is definitely a legend. His techniques are brutal and I don't see why they wouldn't work on the street.
