Basal temps 116 f two hours after waking is this normal

Question

this is a new digital thermometer i tested it in my husbands ear first snd that wes normal then when i did it i got 116 f from inside my v****a and im def not dead

116 degrees fahrenheit is not normal at all. It seems that your thermometer is broken. If you had a temperature of 116 even after 2 hours of waking, you would most likely been dead. And if that were the case, you never would have posted this question. LOL!

Your temperature 2 hours after waking is NOT a basal temperature reading.  The thermometer you have is obviously defective.  I would take it back if I were you.  A temp of 116 is never normal.
