If PAS join BN, they will be treated like a king. But after Anwar and the gang game over. Then PAS will be treated like a street rat. Because PAS is useless for UMNO.

So, if PAS leaders have vision and a little bit common sense. They should not join BN.

Why UMNO ask PAS to join them now only but not few years ago? Because in UMNO's eyes, PAS is just nothing for them.

Personally, i have doubt that PAS would cross over to BN. At the grassroots , most PAS members and supporters do not want a cross-over. This feeling is shared by the very influential figure in PAS, Nik Aziz. Though not the president of PAS, Nik Aziz is said to be the most respected man in PAS and his supporters are diehard supporters who would agree everything with what Nik Aziz says.

However, the strenght of the relation between PAS and Pakatan Rakyat does not lies with PAS not joining UMNO. It also depends of the strenght in PAS itself. At the moment, some leadership in PAS seem to consider a possible "work-together" with UMNO and even without PAS actually joining UMNO, this differences in opinion within PAS leadership would lead to disunity in PAS and when PAS is disunited, its relations with Pakatan Rakyat would be affected. This is more to be concerned by both people in PAS and Pakatan Rakyat.

I hope all the members of Pakatan Rakyat, Keadilan, DAP and PAS would compromise with each other despite differences in political views to ensure a new government to be formed. They need to give themselves a chance to govern at federal level and at the same time give the "rakyat" a chance to see if Pakatan Rakyat government is better or worse than the government of BN

It all depend on their top leader.

But for long term, it will be a losing move for them if they do that.

Base on their current leader, I believe Dato' Seri Haji Abdul Hadi Awang is not that stupid to take the bait from UMNO.

However, they are some stupid hotshot looser who is eying to jump start by team up with UMNO.

Whatever move it is, if they jump over to UMNO, they will be the looser together with UMNO in the coming election cause we RAKYAT have enough from those selfish idiot.
