Base trade on ebay ??///???????

has any one out there ever bought anything from a hong kong based trader under the name base-trade on ebay my wife is interrested in buying a hello kitty mp3 phone but i am very wary because the ad says things like no responsability for loss of mail in hk they have over 2000 good feedbacks but they have nearly 70 bad 1s they are mostly about shipping charges to countrys like australia it says free shipping to uk but there is something about ems at the side what does that mean ??????

Watch out for Customs (Import Duty, VAT and handling charges) ... this could add £50 or more to the total cost ..

Shipping from HK (to UK I assume) is going to be a risk but with 2000 positive reviews this person is clearly honest and doing their part.  With 2000 good and 70 bad listings figure maybe a 1% chance of a shipping problem (maybe even less) and just decide if its worth buying the thing with a 1% chance of problems coming up.
