  1. A vast majority of college recruiting is done during the summer. Get on a good summer team in your area. also you can go to a showcase (Perfect Game showcases are the best). Go to their website (www.perfectgame.org) and request an invite to one. They will grade you on a scale of 1 to 10 and college coaches can go online and see your info. They are pretty expensive but worth it..if you're good.

also takkle.com does nothing for you if you want to play at a good college

Long Toss programs are best for arm strength. look some up online.

  2. To get scouted, you don't need to go to a big school, they usually follow where talent is.

And for harder throwin, start to work out and just throw a lot.

  3. I played 4 years of Varsity baseball for a high school team that was not good at all.  We only had scouts at a couple of games and they were there for the other teams.  I got more exposure playing Legion ball for 2 summers than I got in 4 years at high school.  I did not play scholarship ball after high school, but I did get on the club team when I was in college.  My advice is to try and get on a good regional summer team.

  4. Yes, it doesn;t matter about your team, if you're good you can still get scouted.  You do have a lowered chance though because if your team isnt doing well, no scout is going to come out for a losing teams all star.  Only the best of the good team.  Get videos up and stuff of you playing.

Second, just throw overhand like your punching something infront of you as hard as you can, downwards (remember to release though lol.)  Also if you;re pitching a kick usually helps.  Good Luck.

  5. I would stay there. You will still get scouted.Get like 10 or 15 pound dumbells. And rotate it around like you are pitching. Not hard.Do that about 20-how ever many you want to do.Another drill is get like a rag or washcloth get a metal chair and do your pitching rotation and hit the rag with the chair.GOOD LUCK!

  6. Play there and sumbit video footage to takkle.com.

  7. hit a home run for me!
