Why do you like your team?  I used to live in Ohio.

Why do you like your team? I grew up loving the Yankees. They are my home team.

Why do you like your team? It runs in the family; plus they always seem to be the "underdog".

Which player on your team would affect your team the most if he got traded? IMO Morneau or Mauer. Either of those would be a huge loss for the Twins, and affect the other players greatly.

Which team is your teams biggest rival? From what I've seen & heard, either the Chicago White Sox or the Milwaukee Brewers (NL, but the whole "border battle" thing.)

My team is the Boston Red Sox! Go Sox!

My favorite player would have to be Jacoby Ellsbury because he is an incredible fielder,has tremendous speed and agility, and when he makes contact he can hit the ball far.

I like my team because I have grown up all my life watching them and have never regretted being a fan!

I live 2 and a half hours away from central Boston where the Sox play but I still live in Massachusetts.

Right now Jason Bay would affect the team the most if he was traded because he is basically the leader right now!

Wow! This is easy! Of course the Yankees are our biggest rival! Tampa Bay is our 2nd biggest rival.

Why do you like your team? i love how they play the game. Their style is built around pitching and defense. They seem to have good solid players who aren't that egotistical. They just play :)

My favorite team is the Phillies.

My favortie player on my team is Cole Hamels.

The Phillies are a ballclub filled with talented players and also have a lot of character.  Plus, they are my hometown team.

I live in Garnet Valley which is a suburb outside of South Philadelphia.

Ryan Howard would probably affect my team most if he was traded.

The Mets are definetly the biggest rivals to the Phillies.  The Marlins, Braves, and Pirates also top that list.

A great addition to our team would undoubtedly be a #1 or 2 starting pitcher.  Rich Harden could be a good pickup if he's not signed by the cubs this following offseason.  C.C. Sabathia also would be a very good pickup.

+ Currently it's got to be Josh Hamilton,  great story of someone who went down a hard road on his own and has fought the demons to come back stronger than before.

+Past players (Pudge and Nolan Ryan) my two favorite all-time Rangers

Why do you like your team?

+ I grew up a Ranger fan, living in Cleveland...moved to Dallas in HS and have stayed loyal to my childhood team.  I respect other great teams and organization, but my allegiance has and always will be with the Texas Rangers...it will make winning big all that much sweeter!!!

+ Yes...about an hour drive

+ Josh Hamilton - not just in his play, but his day to day attitude and focus...he has helped to change the mental mindset of the organization and us fans.  We actually are starting to believe in the Rangers and we have serious hope for the near future.

Which team is your teams biggest rival?

+ That's a bit tough...obviously in the division it's the Angels, A's and M's...with the Angels winning of late, they are the top rival.

But overall,  I'ld have to go with the hated Yankees.  The only times the Rangers have made it to the post-season, the Yankee machine was there to shut us down...I believe there is no team that Ranger fans love to hate more than the Yankees, as such I see them as the largest rivals.

+ A combination...CC Sabathia and Ben Sheets...at least of the players available this coming off-season.

+ In reality any top quality pitcher would be a welcome addition to the club.

why i like my team:

I was raised on Michigan baseball... they are a great franchise that has produced many greats and has still managed to stay pretty grounded

although it sucked when pudge was traded to the yankees it wasn't as horrible as I thought it would be  ( in my opinion we got shafted on the trade farnsworth is useless)  You got Maggs, and Cabrera and Polonco who are great, they are the biggest run producers on the team, but Im not really sure that any  ONE player would truly upset the balance.

If I had to pick I would have to say Curtis Granderson, he has more heart and is probably one of the hardest workers in baseball. He has the ability to breathe life into a stagnant offense.

I would have to say the twins... for some reason the tigers always have a h**l of a time with them and i hate them the most ha ha

1. I like Dustin Pedroia, I think he has even more potential too and has just been on a great streak, hope it never stops.

2. I love the Red Sox since they have improved so much in that past few years now ever since Terry Francona, and I live near Boston, and its a winning city what can I say!

4. Pedroia, hes one of the only few that can get on base lately, and goes on crazy long hitting streaks, home or away.
