Baseball/Softball Glove?

Is the Wilson A2800 a good glove to use? I play first base.

well if it's good enough for Cat Osterman it's probably good enough for you at first base

I play fist base on my team too, ive heard that the wilson mitts are good gloves but i have a TPX, it took a lil longer to break in, but its lasted me longer than a lot of others and they dont lose the padding and dont cost near as much, go to a sporting goods store about 80 bucks. (im pretty sure the TPS) are the softball mitts

great glove, but mostly worn by pitchers and middle infield. a good 1st base mitt is a great investment for someone who is going to commit to the position. a specialty mitt for this position won't roll as much when you need to dig one out
