Baseball equipment?

I have forgotten this and I want to play baseball for school next year, but it is only the catcher who has to wear a jockstrap with a cup right?

Man, you need to wear a jock and cup no matter what position you plau, ever see a guy throw a 95 mph pitch. How about it hitting you in the balls as it flies at you on first bas. Bet your a*s, wear the jock and cup.
