  4. Usually players tht get there team going or make jokes and have a good time and spark up the club

  5. Ryan Braun- speed, power and a glove MILWAUKEE

  6. Clearly Manny with all the c**p he's giving us.

EDIT: I definitely read that wrong. I thought you meant "Which player THINKS they're the most important"

My new picks would be Kevin Youkilis and Dustin Pedroia

  7. now its molina for the yanks cuz posada's out

  8. You know, I can't answer this how you would like. I believe in the saying, "You win as a team, you lose as a team." Everyone contributes equally to me, and no one person is more important than the other.

  9. the pitchers

  10. For my Texas Rangers, I can't pick one.

Kinsler, Young, and Hamilton are all equally important to the Rangers.

Our pitching staff is all equally unimportant to our future.

  11. any power hitter with a good average is important to a team.

    clutch performers are good too.

but i think a good strike out pitcher is most important

  12. I know who's a legend.  Curt Schilling is a legend.  He really is!

  13. Dustin pedrioa and Jacoby Ellsbury they are the two best players on the red sox defense

  14. Yankees id say is AROD without his power they are LOST!

  15. Derek Jeter, NY  Albert Puljos, STL

  16. RED SOX

Varitek for leading the team (team captain)

Manny for being manny, and hitting all those home runs

pedroia for being an amazing hitter and a young guy who the franchise can count on for quite a few years

  17. Tim Lincecum for the Giants. We dont have the hitting but we have a dominate ace that wins.

  18. jeter-yanks for leadership

hamilton-rangers because of his change on and off the field

  19. they all work together as a TEAM.

  20. Jim Thome

  21. David Ortiz- Manny Ramirez Combo is one, if not the best, 3-4 punch in baseball.

  22. I'll only name the playoff contending teams....

    AL East

    1. Tampa Bay Rays- Carl Crawford- great veteran player who was there for the tough times down in Tampa

    2. Boston Red Socks- Manny Ramirez- I know he has had his share of problems and might be traded, but he has put the numbers each and every year. The socks would lose a great HOF if they get rid of him.

    3. New York Yankees- Derek Jeter- A great veteran who has been there for the great times and bad times. He is the heart/soul of the team.

    AL West

    1. L.A. Angels- Vladdimir Guerrero- he is like the only offensive player the Angels can really rely on when he is hot. Well with Mark Texiera coming we will see who is top dog in the Angels clubhouse

    AL Central

    1. Minnesota- Justin Morneau- The best hitter on the team and a former MVP, enough said.

    2. Chicago White Socks- Carlos Quentin- Probably the white socks best hitter this year and a possible AL MVP canidate.

    3. Detroit Tigers- Magglio Ordonez- Best hitter on the team and has kept the Tigers afloat this bumby season.

    In the NL they are

    Ryan Howard- Phillies

    David Wright- NY Mets

    Carlos Zambrano- Cubs

    CC Sabathia- Brewers

    Albert Pujols- Cardinals

  23. Tim LIncecum: Our best pitcher the usally gives us are one win for the week

Bengie Molina: The biggest threat in the lineup

Aaron Rowand: Gives us a reason to watch the games

John Bowker: The Next WIll Clark

Fred Lewis: Fast as h**l, and a productive hitter

  24. Derek Jeter - Yankees.  A class Act, Captain and most players look up to him as a leader.

David Ortiz. - Boston.  A big hole in the lineup when he is not there.  Great clubhouse chemistry.

Josh Hamilton - Texas.  An inspiration to anyone who needs to pick themselves back up and succeed.

John Smoltz - Atlanta.  A big arm no matter if he starts or closes.  A very intelligent player who will do what ever is asked of him, and he succeeds.  Atl would be in the race if he remained healthy this year.

  25. well one player cant realy make a team defferent but my fav

player is derek jeter becuase he is fast probably the best ss ever, smart baserunner and he started at a young age

the most important position might be pitcher

  26. Ryan Braun for the Brewers because he is absolutely dominating at the plate right now and has been all year, he is winning them ball games right now and that's all that matters. He also still has no errors in the field since switching to outfield.
