Baseball tryout question?

ok should i workout today when i got tryouts tommorrow or should i skip my workout and stay fresh by workout i mean two hours of lifting.

  1. no lifting. you should stretch out really good today get ready for tomorrow some minor cardio.  


  2. I think you are a little late on the whole-

    conditioning before tryouts thing

    I would run a little and stretch good (twice- but after a few hours)

    and do some throwing, maybe start warming up your swings, etc.

    So you don't look too rusty..

    If you HAVE been conditioning at all, then I would just take it a little lighter than you have been.

  3. depends what kind of workout your doing i play in triple A for minnesota and we usually do workout a day before the tryouts then we have this bathtub that makes us 100% to go the next day

  4. I'd do a light workout or not even workout at all.

  5. I recommend working out before tryouts, but not for as long as you just described.  Maybe just 1 hour instead of 2?

  6. Do some working out, not to much, and also do some practicing, but dont wear your arms out, stretch, stay confident, and have consistancy.

  7. Id stay away from the weights. You should maybe do some stretching and maybe play a light game of catch the day before tryouts.  

  8. I wouldn't do an intense workout, definitely not two hours of lifting. Do a minimal workout to be ready and at your best shape possible tomorrow. Good luck.
