  1. Day 1- Upper Body- Bench Press (Low Weight, High Rep)

Day 2- Lower Body- Box Squat (Low Weight, High Rep)

Day 3- Arms and Shoulders-Forearm Twist and Lat Pull (Whatever You're Comfortable With)

Day 4- Plyometrics- Box Jumps(2x20),Jump Rope(100 each foot then alternate feet), and Ladders.

Day 5-Cardio- Run (Long Distance and Wind sprints)

(All Weight Set / Rep is  15-12-10)

The Plyometrics will increase speed and foot work , very essential for a 3rd baseman.

The box squats help the butt so you have more strength with you're leg joints which will allow you to have better foot work.

The lat pull and forearm twists will tremendously increase arm reaction and strength.
