Neocolonialism-A group of rich White men primarily who own/invest in companies that they use to create foreign and domestic puppet governments and self-serving institutions that work to preserve America's caste system for their sole profit.  They then use divide and conquer schemes to make sure that the oppressed of other races and of their race can never unite.

The country has a brain cancer that is killing it. I understand the November surgery will attempt to cure it, but that won't work either. The only thing that can restore it is the return of representative government by the common man, not the mulit-millionaires and representatives of the largest corporations. I hope the trend can be reversed. Otherwise, the greatest experiment of a Republic is finally going to fail. I wauld hate to see that happen after my relatives and myself gave or risked their lives for its preservation for the past 225 years or so.
