If you love the one that is suffering a terminal and very painful sickness

and you do not have the way how to make the pain to go away, and you see 24 hours a day your love one suffering, some times the law

will not prevent you from helping your loved one to end his calvary

yes. as capital punishment. Or the terminally ill that are in unbearable pain.

To reduce suffering brought by terminal illness with the consent of the patient and as a punishment for some of the most extreme cases of brutal and heinous criminal acts.
