me and my brothers want to get in in our rooms are parents dont care, as long as the price isnt over like 30$ a month ho much for 2 new rooms with basic cable?

This is an easy one! You will only get service from one, franchised cable provider for where you live. BTW, all providers do not have the same packages or charge the same price.
