Q: A plane from base camp to Lake A, 280 km away in the direction 20deg north of east. After dropping off supplies, it flies to Lake B, which is 190 km at 30deg wet of north from Lake A. Graphically determine the distance and direction from Lake B to the base camp.

This is really easy, all you have to do is just to draw exactly what is described in the question using vectors. Make sure you have the correct angles and measurements (use a scale like 1 cm = 10 km) as explained in the question. At the end, draw a vector from the base camp to the Lake, and measure the distance as well as the angle.
