You have to be more specific - such as:

Flash (web browser) game, and/or which platform?

Age range? (I found SimGirl via Google and it seems to have some nudity in it)

I once played "The Sims 2: University" and I liked it, it has lots of interaction in it and seems quite realistic without all the nudity stuff. I guess other "The Sims 2" games might be interesting too.
