Basics for a bunny??????????

what do i need to get/do to get ready for a bunny.

you should get a cage, rabbit pellets, water bottle, etc.

They usually have all the info at pet stores.

Air conditioner, water bottle, rabbit pellets, cage, something for droppings, ie newspaper for under the cage on the plastic thing, and a loving home.  The reason I said air conditioner is some rabbits need to be kept under 80 degrees fahrenheit, or it will have a heat seizure if it is hot long enough.  I saw one and it was pretty gruesome.  Depending on the rabbit type, they need different temperatures.

Instead of leaving the air conditioner on all day, I use frozen containers.  I was using containers with lids but my bunny knocked them over twice and had water everywhere.  I use frozen 2 liter bottles now and stuff it in a pillowcase.  It stays cold all day.
