i am 5feet 6 inches do u think i can or is there a possiblity of dunking a normal basket. if there is a posiblity then how can i increase my jumping distance. i can leg press like more than 300pounds, for hamstrings, quads, inner and outer thihgs i can do something like 180 pounds, for calves 100pounds, so now what should i do, i weigh 144 pounds
