Basketball Conditioning Question???

i did some conditioning yesterday and im sore and fatigued, should i do some more today? or take a break?

  1. know you should not stop keep going

    your sore b/c your not in shape

    you should gradually increase your workout week by week like jog a mile anoe week then two the next before you know it you will be in shape and if you miss a day your body will know it...

    just take it as a job... work out mon-fri and rest and have fun on the weekends

  2. you shuold do more today but cut it in half and dont do as much never completely stop do lil bit every day
