Basketball Hoop Broken?

I have a ingroung basketball hoop with a fan shaped backboard. I don't know what type of hoop or who made it. Well every once in a while the basketball hoop goes down, for example it will go from 10' to 9.5', but I would just use a broom or a stick to put it back up. Now it won't back up. I did notice that one of the springs is missing. Does anyone know what I can do? I don't want to buy another hoop

Look online at a picture of a similar one, find what the missing pieces are, and replace them the best you can.
