I am 13 almost 14 male going to grade 9 and I have barely any shot range. I can only shoot free throws by jumping, and I can only shoot about 6 inches behind the free throw properly.. I don't know why I can't shoot farther behind. I have good form and stuff and I know I get alot of the power from my legs. Should I start working out my legs and a bit of my arms to get more power? Yes or No? I know that I can't get any more power at all from my legs and if I try my shot gets all messed.. So should I workout?
