what are some good ways to get in shape, like run a mile a day or etc. What should you drink after the run, G2 or water, etc. How many days a week if you really want to increase your stamina?

Start of with an easy routine a week and increase each week or every other week by 15%.  It may seem like you are barely increasing but running is a sport that takes a very long time because you do not want to injure yourself.  Try starting at about 15 miles per week and wear good running shoes.  By the way, Nike running shoes are usually not good for beginner distance runners.  Good luck!

    2mi - 3mi - 4mi - 0mi - 2mi - 3mi - 4mi - 0mi Repeat

    The above is a model in which you could base your weekly schedule.  It can easily be increased by 15% and the middle off day can eventually become a normal running day.
