Basketball handles practice?

if i practice basketball handles for 2 hrs a day how much improvement will i end up seeing. exp: bouncing two balls at a time, even bouncing them seperate in each hand, bouncing the ball from one hand to another, etc.

oh yeah when i dribble the ball for about 5 or 6 min it starts to hurt my arm any advice you guys can give me

  1. I usually dribble the ball 8 hours a day.


  2. when it hurts your arm thats a good thing

    that means you are working out your muscles in order to dribble.

    dont just dribble. do dribbling drills.

  4. Be relaxed when dribbling the ball. You should not hurt your arm by dribbling the ball.

    Keep practicing dribbling with the ball and you'll get better everyday.
