Basketball workouts?

hey im going into highschool and im 14 years old, about 6'0 and i want to start lifting weights and i wanted to know what i should do since i am a basketball player and don't want to over work my muscles, or stunt my growth. for now i also do pushups and crunches and some leg exercises. any suggestions for things to do while at the gym would be nice.

  2. look up west side for skinny b******s on google. that dude helped lots of guys in ball and football. some of his football players even went pro. im currently doin that
