Basseett Cribs adjestable bars at bottom

I just receive a bassett crib that folds and has adjustable bars with levels at the bottom. I am not sure if the bars go on the outside or inside of the crib. Somehow the bars are to let the side go up and down. I can not find the model # anywhere. Please help
