Schweinsteiger believes that the Reds are in top form and they should carry the same momentum after the winter break. The 27-year-old has urged his teammates to remain focused for throught the games they play. The Bavarians have
gone on to keep 12 clean sheets in their recent run, and the German international wants his team to replicate that performance.
Schweinsteiger is confident of having a successful second-half of the season, and has urged his teammates to start from where they left before the winter break.

"Provided we stay as focussed and keep it as tight as we have done for long stretches so far, 2011-12 could be a very successful season. But we need to work on dominating matches for the full 90 minutes. Twelve consecutive games
