Bates Saddle!!!!?

Question

I have a bates saddle and the serial number is M129074.

Would anyone know what type of saddle this is by the serial number????

It is about 15 years old and i want to sell it and I want some more info about the type.

Do you know if it looks like a dressage cut or all purpose/jumping cut?

The dressage cut goes straight down from the front of the saddle and the jumping cut has flaps that are rounded towards the front, further forward than dressage cut.

They also make turnout saddles, these have the little silver buttons at the front covered in leather.

Check out saddles for sale, there are heaps on trademe.co.nz (not sure what you have in aussie) then compare. Good luck.
