Bath Fizzes. Does anyone know how to make bath fizzes, the kind that smell like grape or cherry, etc.

I would like to make them with 9 year olds for a birthday party. This is what the birthday girl decided she wants to do but I do not know how to do it or what is actually in the bath fizzes. Any help would be great.
