Their products are great (and I'm not just saying that because I work there...).

The best part is that they encourage you to try new products and new fragrances by offering a 100% guarantee on everything they sell. If you get a product home, try it out a few times and decide you don't like it...bring back the product with the receipt for a full refund (or exchange it for a product you know you love!). That fact alone has allowed me to try a lot of great new products from their store.
