Bathing suit plastic thing?

i have these board shorts with this plastic thing in one of the pockets but i dont know what its used for. It seems like it has a grip for one side then the other has "teeth" that are pretty sharp

It is used for scraping wax on surf boards. Since the shorts are designed for surfers (which is why they are so long) they tend to include one with each pair. If you don't surf, you don't need it.

umm its called a wax comb...for getting old wax off ur surfboard
