  1. Tile first.  There's nothing worse than a partially tiled bathroom.   If you ever want to change the vanity...you will have to match the tile.  What are the chances you will find the same tile???

  2. Do the tile behind all the fixtures. It's not that much more tile and well, it's just the best thing to do.

  3. I'd install all the tile before adding the vanity

  4. if it  was  mei would put the  tile infirst  then you have  neatlookin g  loounderthevanity whenyou openthedoors upas well as a placethatyou can wash down easy as  can  e and looksgreat   as well  thatway  if thereshouldbea leak  down therosd thetiles theretocatchthewaterwedidthatand placeda toweldown   onthetile ifthere  was  a leak  thetowel wouldbewetandyouwouldknowtheres  a prob thatneeds     to belooked  at  asapandthewoodfloordoes notrotoutunder the vanityatall      hopeall works  out   for you andyour bath  roomlooksgreat.

  5. Vanity first.  You can trim tile to butt-up fit, but don't want to  trim your vanity.

  6. Vanity first... Because you need to make sure your vanity top is level then work off that surface.
