Bathroom sink bugs?

These bugs are the size of a pinhead and crawl only around the bathroom sink. I have tried everything to get rid of them from chemicals to drying up the water sources even not using the sink for a couple of days. no matter what they come back and only crawl around and in the bathroom sink. I need to know the name of them so then i can get rid of them.

i have had these twice in 18 years.  did same thing both times.  run the hot water for a few minutes.  got rid of my unwanted guests for years.

Don't know them by name (never been introduced). Make sure the trap is clean - it can fill up with yukky residues, and the overflow pipe and outlet is spotless, esasier said than done. Clean throroughly with bleach or a pesticide (Deet) or similar and/or scald with boiling water.
