  1. This sounds similar to what I have had in the past. I have not necessarily seen a doctor for the problem, although several family members of mine have IBS, and have similar problems that I continue to have on and off. I have found that when I have stress or anxiety, anything that I eat gives me a stomach ache, and then shortly after I have to use the bathroom several times. It can be miserable, especially being worried about going to a public place, having people over, or being with friends, and having to explain why you continue to use the bathroom...and how you are feeling.

You may have found that certain foods make it worse, which is something that you can try to work with. Look at what you are eating, and what it is making your body do (can you eat a certain something without this happening?). Also look at what you are eating, and whether it is healthy or not. Write down what you eat, and the reaction your body gives you.

Try to stay away from anxiety and stress, calm yourself down (reading, listening to music, enjoying a sport) to see if this will help.

There is also something that you should look for, when you go to the bathroom if your stool is green in color, your body is digesting the food too quickly for your small intestine to effectively break it down. The green/yellow that you see is bile, which is created by your stomach in the digestion process.

I would recommend taking Imodium. It helps me almost each day! If I am in a situation where I feel like I may eat something that will make me have an "attack" or if I feel like I might be in a situation that makes me feel anxious, I will take an Imodium, and it seems to help so much. It helps with stomach cramps and discomfort and also with the stool issue. And it allows you to lead a normal life on the days that your stomach decides to not feel so well.

If this does not work, you might want to mention it to a doctor. It may be a virus, or something like IBS which can be treated!

  2. Pepto Bismul and high fiber. Or put a cork in it

  3. Not sure what type of food you are eating but if you are eating greasy foods that can do the trick.  If that is not the case you might have IBS,  you should make an appointment with a gastriologist, who specializes in intestinal problems.

  4. the second person has it right.

    it's IBS.

u need to consult ur physician and see wat u can do.

o and the worst food for u right now is spicy food.

  5. go to the doctor it could be a condition called crohns disese...this of course has other symptoms best to look up on the net....IBS is common but it wouldnt affect you 10 mins after eating,

  6. What are you eating? Chinese or Mexican?

  7. Not possible, friend, for food to run through you that quickly. It takes a day for food to complete its journey.

What's happening is you are eating a meal, and then rushing to p**p out yesterday's meal. The fullness in your stomach triggers your colon to go ahead and clear the way for the next meal.

You can train your body to operate differently. You can reduce stress in your life. You can change the foods you eat.

You might be under stress. Or you might be eating foods that disagree with you--like high-fructose corn syrup--the stuff in soda pop. Learn the ingredients of the foods you eat, and experiment to discover which ingredients in processed foods cause distress. Then, don't eat those.

  8. IBS - irritable bowel syndrome.

consult a physician about what you can do/eat

  9. Have you seriously evaluated your diet? Food allergies/sensitivities have implications for many chronic diseases. You don't have to suffer.  To me, it seems that you are on a quest to discover the underlying cause of your symptoms. I did this for myself and it worked.

    Lets look at diet:

The top food in which people have negative reactions to are in this order: Dairy (milk, cheese), wheat (gluten), eggs, nuts. Make a 7 day food diary cataloging what you eat and how you feel on those days (level of GERD, changes in bowel movements, etc). Try an elimination diet. Start with eliminating the prime suspect from diet for at least 3 weeks (as it can take this long for your gut to heal). If your symptoms improve then you have found the causative agent, if not, move on to the next suspect food. I hope this helps and I'll keep you in my prayers.

  10. It's probably not what you just ate, but what you ate earlier.  One of my son's was like this.  Every time he started eating supper, he had to jump up and go to the bathroom.  It became a family joke and usually embarrassed him.  It's just how your body is reacting.

  11. Seems like a dietary problem.

    Are you eating crappy foods?

If your diet hasn't changed then you probably got a touch of stomach flu or somethin similar.

  12. I know what you mean.  That happens to me sometimes and "runs" is the right word.  Usually for me, it's about an hour later, sometimes less.

IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) is one possibility.  In my case, I think what happens is that the food coming in sets of spasms in my digestive system that causes everything to go into overdrive further down the line.  I don't know why, but the more I read about it seems to suggest that's what's happening.

The other thing is do you drink a lot of cola - regular or diet?  I find that when I cut back on my cola consumption, my bowels seem to settle down.

Hope that helps.  I'll include a link about IBS.

    Good luck.

  13. Sounds like IBS...you need to see a doctor.  Your body isn't absorbing any nutirents from what you eat so it's important to get it checked.
