Batons??? please helpp!!

how do you throw a baton off of your thumb? i used to be able to do it but now i cant

please help!!

What do you mean "throw.. off your thumb"?

If you mean a rotunda, or performing a full circle with the tip of the stick. Pinch the stick between the thumb and forefinger, loosen the grip of the pinkie, rotate you wrist. That's all.
