Ball is thrown as round arm action without bounce just above the waist and hit the stumps,then batsman will be out or not?

It is a no ball,but depends on the umpire.

If the umpire does not think it is a no-ball,then the batsman is out.

good questionnn well mate honestly in the rule book it says a full toss above the batsmen's waist is a no ball buttttt yea in ur case i reckon it depends firstly how tall the bloke is lyk if his waist is as tall as the stumps or something then its out and also it depends where the batsmen is standing lyk if he's batting out of his crease then yeah it should be out and if he advances down the wicket and gets bowled through a full toss that's out too but yeaa its pretty hard to bowl over somebody's waist and hit the stumps couz most cases the guy must be a real short person lolz

No need to confirm from the umpire, it's out b/c rule says if the ball just over waist height and hit the stumps, it is playable and batsman can play this delivery, so it's out

why should he stay there with that bat when he cant hit a full toss!

If it is above the waist it sails over the stumps but if it hits the stump he is gone tata,bye,bye.

yes, he wouldn't be a very good batsman. the full toss (ball described) is normally hit for four or six by the experienced

in normal circumstances,if the ball is full pitched and goes above the waist height,it will not hit the stumps unless the batsmen is just 4 feet ...but according to the law if the ball hits the stumps in any manner,then its OUT.
